With the introduction of new servo-motorized doors operated by a rack and pinion system, athena ensures more efficient and reliable management of access to the work area. This significantly reduces door opening and closing times, improving productivity without compromising operator safety.

Furthermore, the elimination of pneumatic management guarantees door movement cycles that are always constant and repetitive over time.

Higher productivity and reduced times

The CMS Active interface simplifies machine control with dedicated softkeys and a new automatic management of the “work cycle”, ideal for both small batch and large volume production. The operator can select up to 8 programs per area and monitor progress and processing times in real time.

Thanks to advanced management of the machine dynamics, and to the CAD/CAM CMS Smart4Cut, processing times are reduced by up to 13%.
