Control Room: Data and events are collected and processed with algorithms that exploit artificial intelligence to offer proactive customer service.

Brembana kosmos: 5-axis monobloc milling machine updated in 2024

• +66% lifting capacity: the new manipulator can lift up to 500 kg, to handle larger and thicker workpieces. 

• +50% load capacity: the tilting worktable has a capacity of 1,200 kg, to load more slabs at a time. 

• Monobloc or open frame: also available for installation on concrete columns. 

Brembana speed: 3/4-axis machining center updated in 2024

• Range of liquid-cooled spindles with powers up to 30 kW, to work constantly in optimal conditions and cut cycle times by up to 21%;

• Automatic process improvement: dynamic feed adjustment and tool wear compensation to ensure best productivity and finish 

• Magazine without limits thanks to CMS solutions: up to 128 installable tools, in in-line or under-beam magazines, to cover all workshop needs without retooling
